This is because when you are running race, your body heats up which increases the temperature. Wearing light clothes allows you to bear the heat. So, if the temperature outside is 22 degree or 25 degrees, dress like its 40 to 45 degree.

Not all the marathon races are meant for you. A lot of factors come into existence when you need to choose the appropriate running race. Do you like traveling or staying close to your homeland? What To Drink?
It is very important that you stay hydrated before, during and after the running race. In the case of running marathon, drinking plain and simple water won’t help much. You might need sports drinks as well. A survey suggests that as little as 2% of dehydration will slow you down. If the marathon is held during summers then you have to be 100% hydrated. You can also make a hydration plan by analyzing your sweat levels. Weigh yourself before a workout session and then weigh yourself again after. Any change in weight is the result of the fluid loss from the body. Regain it with an equal amount of water and check your weight again. This is one of the essential factors of the running race.
